Rubbish and a supermarket trolley dumped within our gate

I came home today on the evening of 1 October 2024 and saw a supermarket trolley and some wardrobe or something dumped at Callisons Place at Bellot Street, against the wall on the right. There’s a parking space there and someone’s used it to leave their rubbish. Why do people think they can leave their stuff wherever they please? The person who did this obviously thought it through as they’ve packed both items against the wall, as if to be inoffensive. This rubbish needs to be removed immediately.
