Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6433011.

The blue recycling bins are overflowing with boxes and packaging and need emptying please. The upper middle class passers by seem to dump their waste in or on top of our council block bins when they should use their own recycling facilities. It makes it difficult for tenants to dispose of our own recycling when we need to.
