Bridge pavement work blocking pedestrians

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6410102.

There has been works on the pavement on the bridge for over a month now, and red cones have been placed within the car lane in order for pedestrians to walk. This is a hazard and unsafe as all pedestrians have to walk on the road whilst cars are driving close by. Not accessible or safe for prams or wheelchair users either.
