Rubbish has been accumulating there for weeks and it's an environmental health problem.

Gated area on Watergate Street between Barque and Caravel Mews. It's not visible from the street, but it's a public path and only the council can do something about it.

Reporting again after 2 weeks, problem was marked as 'fixed' but nothing changed.
