The escalators at Cutty Sark are broken 99% of time

Reported via mobile in the Pavements/Footpaths Repairs category anonymously at 16:23, Sunday 11 August 2024

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6342384.

Dear Transport for London,I am writing to report a recurring issue with the escalators at Cutty Sark DLR station. Over the past two years, I have noticed that the escalators at this station are frequently out of service. It seems that there are always one or more escalators that are broken, and they often remain in this state for extended periods. This ongoing problem significantly impacts the convenience and safety of passengers, especially during peak hours. I kindly request that this issue be addressed as soon as possible, and that regular maintenance checks are conducted to prevent further disruptions.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
