Rubbish and access restricted on communal path

400 Well Hall Road, unused turfs left for the past 3 weeks on communal grass area outside the house, mud and dirt left on communal path, general rubbish left on communal path. Bins always left blocking communal path.

Remains exactly the same. People struggling to walk on this public path without having to walk on the grass area which after rain is obviously wet and muddy.

It appears that this problem has not have been dealt with. Bins still blocking path, turfs still on communal grass area, general rubbish left on path.
