A tenant (or tenants) of Rockfield House SE10 9DR has been throwing rubbish regularly, out of their window, which accumulates on the grassy area behind the building. I live on the ground floor of Rockfield House SE10 (Flat 6) and therefore can see the rubbish, which don't appear to be cleared by the groundskeeper.
