Overgrown Trees blocking pathway

The overgrown trees at 130 Kinveachy Gardens are blocking the pathway and seem dangerous unbalanced. Wheelchairs can't pass due to the blockage and they will fall over onto the pathway as the are unbalanced. Spoke to owner and he told me to go "#uck myself". So thought I would let you have a look. It has been brought up many times before.

Updates

  • No action taken doesn't impact me but anyone with a wheelchair or pram is unable to pass without going into the road. Home owner doesn't care and refuses to do anything about it.
