Balloons are stuck on the street post

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6109551.

Some balloons have gotten stuck on a street post on Kingsdale Road. Worried a bird or other animal could get trapped. Please remove immediately as it’s causing nuisance. Thank you.
