Lots of ‘ RUBBISH’ dumped in the public footpath Interjection in Garrick Drive & Fortune Walk SE28

This an ongoing problem that won’t be resolved until a CCTV camera is planted.

Please collect the waste ASAP as the waste is littered everywhere and is a real health and safety risk to the public. Already saw a RAT!
