2 ``New`` Wheelie Bins Illegally Padlocked and Chained to Greenwich Council owned/property Lamp-post Reported via desktop in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 19:06, Thu 21 December 2023

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5346975.

Photo of this reportzoom These bins belong to number 28 Hutchins Road, and they have illegally been Padlocked and Chained to Greenwich Council owned/property Lamp-post.

Council needs to take relevant action, at least cut off the padlock / chain attached to their lamp-post.

2 ``New`` Wheelie Bins Fly Tipped / Dumped Reported via desktop in the Fly Tipping category anonymously at 15:34, Friday 1 December 2023

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5273125.

Photo of this reportzoom This is just going around in circles!!! The Council did in fact remove the 2 ``old`` bins that had been fly tipped/dumped in this location, and had the number 28 on them. NOW obviously the Council have provided 2 brand new bins to this ``fly tipper``, and they have of course just ``fly tipped the new bins in exactly the same location, as the old bins were in and that the Council removed. As mentioned in the below / previous report, the land on which these bins have been ``fly tipped`` belongs to number 30, NOT NUMBER 28. So Greenwich Council please remove these ``fly tipped new bins``, and deal with the ``fly tipper in number 28``

Original report below, was actually marked fixed by the Council a few times, but as you can see from the attached photo taken today the bins are still there, and they have never been moved since this fly tipping report was first brought to the Council`s attention. This just gives a false impression about what is / is not done by the Council.

Latest excuse / not sure what they mean from Greenwich Council is ``What bins where are they££``

Previous excuse from Greenwich Council is to ``Context`` Envirocrime Team. Not sure what ``context`` means! Previous excuse fro mGreenwich Council was that the bins are in the front garden of 28. ``NO`` Do the Council actually check out these reports? or do they just ``update problems with any excuse, be it right or wrong? Greenwich Council, we assume that the Envirocrime Team is actually a council department (as you did not say in your one line upsdate), so therefore please forward this on yourself to your colleagues in Envirocrime, and do not mark this as fixed whilst the bins still remain fly tipped here. Reported via desktop in the Fly Tipping category anonymously at 11:32, Wednesday Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4897425. Update (below) from Greenwich Council is incorrect, as the bins are NOT on the front garden of 28. This land is not near 28, and if the Council were to check the ``land registry``, they would see that this land belongs to 30. So in conclusion, the bins are Fly Tipped/Dumped on land that does not belong to them.
