Fly tipping on a daily basis

We have had continuous dumping of household goods, furniture, clothes and rubbish fly tipped at this location on a daily occurrence. It is becoming unsightly and a hazards to pedestrians walking past. Having schools and college in this area. Can cause children harm if left in a hazardous situation. The neighbours in the street would like action to stop this from happen and the perpetrators prosecuted. It would be amazing if cameras were put up to catch this perpetrators.
