Hi, I believe 5 Raymere Gardens is a council owned house. I want to bring the attention of Greenwich Council to the occupants actions. I young man is constantly smoking Weed, Cannabis, Marijuana, Ganja, Dope outside the front door.

As you can imagine this is inappropriate for a number of reasons. Cannabis is illegal. It's a Class B drug. The maximum penalty for possession of cannabis is five years imprisonment. Class B Drugs are being used on a Council property!
