  • This has not been fixed; the litter has been picked up but the electronics recycling bin door is still hanging open. This means there's nothing to stop people rummaging through the contents again - presumably to see if there's anything sellable in there. The bins are located on a near-deserted back corner of a multi-storey carpark; leaving the bins open like this invites antisocial behaviour in what is already an unpleasant location. Please lock the bin so that the area can at least be tidy if it can't be pretty.
