My parking spot is FILLED

This is the 3rd time this happens, it’s absolutely ridiculous. I pay taxes for the Council to do NOTHING and people keep putting their garbage on my parking spot, in addition to the neighbors moving the Blue Bins which belong to the other side of the area apartments. Absolutely appalling. I have discussed this with the building manager before and she had to PAY for someone to take this stuff off my parking spot. Now I can’t use my parking spot, clean this IMMEDIATELY before I report this further. It’s located in the back of the building Wilson Court
