No road markings

Reported via iOS in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 21:30, Sunday 11 February 2024

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5563393.

The road markings are nearly non existent on the Woolwich Pettman crescent roundabout. When it’s wet nothing can been seen at all and cars are entering each others lanes. Poor lighting means it’s very dangerous on the roundabout esp as you join it from woolwich to Plumstead.

Updates

  • Not fixed. A bus nearly drove into me the other day. The lack of road markings is hazardous. A collision waiting to happen.

  • All the road markings are faded they need re doing and need to use a highly reflective paint for night and rain conditions.

  • Still absolutely awful at that roundabout. No one uses the lanes properly l, always worried someone will bash you on the left or right.
