Bin needed

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5406671.

Bin is needed by the meters at the top of Straightsmouth. People park their cars and leave their rubbish - nappies, plastic bottles, clothes. It’s always a mess. This has been happening for a long time.
