Multiple lights not working again.

Multiple light bulbs not working along Thames path. This path is extremely dangerous as its slippery and icy. There's a lot of broken and uneven paving too and in places you can barely see a thing after 4pm. Someone can have a bad fall here. I've already reported this before.
