Black plastic bags and other detritus by steps on pavement.

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5282650.

This area at the bottom and top of steps is becoming a fly tip with black rubbish filled bags on the narrow pavement and bottles strewn around. The two Estate Agents signs affixed to the steps need removing as they have been there illegally for ages and bear no specific relation to any property, serving only as free advertising and added eyesores. Sorry too dark for photos.
