Litter everywhere. Please could The Vista be swept. Special attention needed from Eltham Palace Road up to Glassbrook. I think that there are people who are chucking rubbish out of their car. Note to Council : An extra sweep is required to clear the mess rather than wait until the next scheduled sweep.
