Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5048415.

I reported a problem on the 11th September (https://fix.royalgreenwich.gov.uk/ report/ 4983620). It has been marked as the council as 'fixed'. This is a lie! Not only is it not fixed, it has got even worse, and the whole grassy area is covered in crap. It is disgusting, and even worse, after nearly 3 weeks from reporting, it is still there!
