Dumping rubbish on the street- dog waste, dirty nappies, household waste The area has an atrocious stench from the decaying animal and human excrement. Dozens of blue bottles around the rubbish. As a result foxes have scavenged through the waste spreading it onto the street which is making it a dangerous obstacle for pedestrians
