The sun in the sands underpass is used regularly by many people. It is one of the most unattractive underpasses I have seen in London and so is treated that way. Could the council please: 1. Put litter bins 2. regularly clean 3. dog foul bins 4. diplomatic signage regarding the above 5. Landscape and art
