Fence on floor blocking pathway

This problem was initially reported 3 weeks ago and the previous complaint has been closed under the assumption that the issue has been fixed. As of today, September 27, the issue has not been fixed, please see attached picture taken just now. As explained before, this is extremely dangerous and also limits the freedom of our neighbour, who has limited mobility and cannot leave her house due to the pathway being blocked.

  • Having spent over an hour trying to get someone to resolve this and being sent to various contact centres for various departments together with being given landline and mobile numbers which didn’t connect to anyone that could assist prior to a preventive accident happening, it’s amazing you close something that is still in need of attention as this pathway is not lit overnight and is used as as a shortcut for some and access to properties by others.

    The original unique Service Request Number was PEOS-618-980, and needs sorting asap.
