    2 Arbroath Road has one drop curb, fits two vans on his drive way. Third car either parked on road or in drive. Uses cone to block others parking outside his house taking up another two parking spaces. Keeps cone by his bins in driveway to use whenever he wants it's illegal to do this and preventing others from parking.

    Same neighbour allows his guests to park in front of the garages that are located at the top of the drive seen in picture. Blocking entry/exit to those who own them.
