Privet hedge causing problem

Privet hedge at 25 Porcupine Close SE9 3AE is causing a major problem for people walking past. I took my friend to the shops in her wheelchair and we had to bump down the kerb to get past. Could not even use the drop kerb as the privet comes out so far on the pavement. I am afraid it’s an accident waiting to happen as people have to walk into road and can’t even see round the corner.
