    There has been a black bin with Duvet cover sitting in bin for weeks without being emptied and now someone has dumped boxes full of empty beer cans a blue carpet and black and white plastic bags just dumped by wall at end of flats neat 47 Woolf Close. I think Council shod put up cameras to try to stop people dumping their rubbish and attracts Mouse and rats.
