Portable sign obstructs pavement

Reported via mobile in the Pavements/Footpaths Repairs category anonymously at 19:19, Sunday 12 March 2023

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4304969.

This is the narrowest section of path between the station and town centre. Large groups of folks need to negotiate past this sign. Please request dentist to cease and desist from placing this sign in this way. Thanks.

  • After a few days of being a “good neighbour” the sign is once more being placed to cause maximum impact for those passing by. Not so good for large numbers but of folk heading from the station, or with buggies, pets or people with mobility issues. Please ask the dentist to return the sign to within the property . Thank you.

  • Have you contacted the Dentist? If so, they are still obstructing the footpath with the sign. Enforcement order is required if they are ignoring you.
