Wooden pole

Someone has knocked down a wooden pole and it has been lying around for weeks. Can it be removed from the sidewalk as it’s got metal bits sticking out and may be potentially hazardous for passing kids or animals

The borough has marked it as Fixed on the 9th of February with the note that the wooden poles would be taken care of during the next sweep. Two weeks have passed and the poles are still there. There has been an increasing number of tickets that are marked ‘fixed’ but never get fixed.
