This corner of Greenwich High Road near the junction with Blackheath Road is constantly overrun by pile of rubbish dumped by inconsiderate local residents that the Council cannot and does not want to investigate. It's been going on for years, it makes often impossible to walk on the pavement and people have to step into the main road at their own risk to avoid these heaps of rubbish.
