Pavement blocked by number 70 parking one or sometimes two cars on it

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

The pavement is completely blocked by one or both cars being parked on it;-they have a driveway,but never use it.I have seen people with mobility vehicles and prams having to go out into the road to get around the cars. When I leave my front garden to go to the shop,I have to step directly into the road to get around them. This has been going on for weeks now.

Updates

Same as,zero movement from Greenwich council,and absolutely no contact at all. I will contact the ombudsman next and my local Mp,see if that makes anything happen. All parking on pavements in London is illegal,so why is it not enforced?
