This is in front of 538 Westhorne Ave property, on a public pavement, has been left there for weeks now. The waste is being spread by wind and/or animals and making the area unsightly, possibly also posing a danger to little kids who walk this way to/from the nursery on Lionel Rd . Can this be removed asap please?
