3 big lumps of dog mess this morning. One lump s smeared quite far and has been these since last week. one lump is new and so far has been avoided by children, the last lump was seemed quite fit so is not smeared, but had been kicked about a bit. All 3 are around the perimeter of Morden Mount primary school. it's an ongoing problem. we need some signs up reminding people to pick up their poo.
