Two worsening pot holes that are getting deeper as traffic drives over them possibly damaging the paintwork of parked cars as grit is sprayed out from them

Reported via mobile in the Potholes category anonymously at 11:58, Sunday 8 January 2023

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

These have been getting much worse over the last two weeks because the road is never repaired properly, just a new sticky plaster over the problem. The road needs completely stripping and relaying. This is why there is such a steep camber in the road which damages car skirts when they turn around.

Updates

  • Hi The holes have been filled. They will last for about 5 minutes. Enough said. Speak again soon I imagine.

  • The fix is a temporary, strings and sellotape type solution and will not last as I have already said so please stop sending me requests for updates and mend the road properly.
