Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4095074.
This is the third post this week of this issue having previously telephoned and written to RBG regarding this issue as explained previously . It is not fixed these bins are always here and if ever there are emptied they are not taken back to the houses they belong to. Most have however not been emptied for weeks/months and rats have been seen around them. Please empty and have them returned to the home. A workable solution needs to be formulated with regards to recycling bins, the current chosen process is not working!

8.1.23 (11:54) black bins emptied by bin men but left in front on my house. When I ask they not put them there I was told ‘this is a public pathway, we’ve had this conversation before’. From this response you can tell that he was aware that I have asked for the bins not to be left there on previous occasions. This is fact private land for which there should be public access it is not publicly owned and it is not for the bin men to dump the bins there when they have emptied. . Please can this be resolved asap.
