Reported via mobile in the Trees category anonymously at 15:52, Wed 4 January 2023

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4086625.

This tree needs to be addressed, I have reported it many times to RBoG over the past two years or so, and nothing has been done about it!
