“BT” inspection cover trip hazard

The BT inspection cover has not been replaced properly (several months) the cover is sitting significantly proud of the pavement causing risk of tripping.

If it’s not sitting properly on this edge presumably the opposite edge is not supported properly either introducing the risk of the cover tipping and potential fall also.

  • Still open, via questionnaire, 23:46, Saturday 28 January 2023

  • This inspection cover was still loose and raised last week, RBG update posted 10 Jan says fixed, maybe they’ve passed it on to BT, but that’s not fixed.

    RBG probably need to clear vegetation first so that BT can access the cover and clear th frame to close this report.
