Waste x Rats

Reported via mobile in the Fly Tipping category anonymously at 11:28, Monday 3 October 2022

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

What may have started as building waste from a renovation job has now not been cleared for months and for the past four months has attracted other flytippers and waste disposal, thus now attracting rats. The road is undergoing alot of house renovations, but every renovation except this one has hired skips and such to prevent what is now happening. Several community members have communicated with the council for its removal but to no avail. We now suspect that someone that has an interest in the property is ensuring these reports get removed from the system, but hope that this is not dismissed as just building waste, as per the councils response to this being filled earlier this year. We are a neighbourly and tolerant road but this waste has been building up since the start of summer 2022 if not earlier. If our 'royal' council could take these notifications seriously it would decrease others adding to the dumping while increasing civic pride and respect....and most importantly prevent the attraction of more rats. Who wants rats?
