Household rubbish on the pavement

Household rubbish including soiled nappies strewn all over the pavement. This is now a regular weekly occurrence.

    Unfortunately, the council picked up the rubbish, but this appears to be vandalism. Today a new bag of rubbish was torn open and food waste and dirty nappies were tossed on the same spot. Animals have started breaking the nappies and spreading the rubbish all over the street.
