As is usual here in Tellson avenue, your operatives are now not even turning up to clean our street, which has only been cleaned once in the last 2 months and on that occasion it looked worse after they had finished. Because they are not doing it, the leaves and other litter are blowing into our gardens which are not cleaned by your staff, we have to deal with it. Can you please advise as to why this is happening and what you intend doing about this problem???
