Motarbikes parked on pavement blocking residents

Reported via mobile in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 13:49, Wednesday 14 September 2022

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

I am writing to complain about my Neighbours (number 8) use of their bikes outside their property which are blocking the entrance to 10-12 Pallet way, not only is it a huge fire hazard, but I struggle to leave my property with my son and the buggy , we are constantly squeezing past which is not acceptable for my family, this morning (14/09/2022) I had to shuffle sideways to enter and exit my property, I'm heavily pregnant

Bikes should not even be parked on the pavement therefore I struggle to understand why Greenwich Council who monitor the area have allowed this to happen for so long - Part 244 of the Highway Code says: “You MUST NOT park partially or wholly on the pavement in London, and should not do so elsewhere unless signs permit it
