A wooden pole has been left on the grass verge outside the derelict council yard in Felixstowe Road. The grass verge runs parallel with 1 Mottisfont Road.

Reported via mobile in the Weeding Request category anonymously at 10:43, Mon 12 September 2022

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3818853.

This pole is a hazard. Also, many of the drains on Felixstowe Road are blocked with grass and need to be unblocked. The whole road is full of litter from the council yard down to Harrow Manorway and needs to be cleaned.

Updates

  • The wooden post has been removed, but no action whatsoever has been taken to clean the street which is awash with litter and broken grass, not to mention leaves. The same litter has been in the gutter for over a month!
