Bollard missing (no entry junction)

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3742399.

Back in February, someone reported that the padlock on this bollard closing off the road (as indicated by the no entry signs) has gone missing. So people move the bollard out of its place and drive through.

That was never resolved and the report now seems to have disappeared on this website.

Someone has now taken the bollard altogether. Grateful if someone can come and replace (with a padlock!) .
