Speeding delivery on bikes and non effective speedbumps

Hi,

The delivery drivers that are using Earlswood street as their own private car park are speeding down the road at over 40 mph, they are simply going around the speed bumps that need to be extended or raised.

They are also using the pedestrianised roads and pavements as short cuts.
