Hello I have moved from Woolwich Arsenal/ Thamesmead west to Woolwich Dockyard and I am surprised how dirty streets are. Since weeks I never seen anyone cleaning the streets I see every day same rubbish or even more. It's really bad!!! Just can't work out how come Woolwich Arsenal always clean abs Woolwich Dockyard always dirty. Even Plumstead looks better than here. Disappointing really
