Basketball - ALWAYS LOCKED

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3709754.

The basketball court is always locked and not accessible. I was told the concierge of the closeby building has the keys. CAN IT PLEASE BE ENSURED THE BASKETBALL COURT IS ACCESSIBLE TO THE WIDER COMMUNITY? I understand that facility was required as part of receiving planning permission for the close-by developments. So any potential noise-complaints from simply playing there have to be disregarded.

In any case, our children and community need access to these scarce play-facilities.
