Dumped garden waste

There is a heap of branch prunings that has been dumped outside of an electricity sub station. It is tinder dry and a fire risk. It backs onto two rows of houses and along side the course open area which is also bone dry. It is situated on the footpath that runs between williambare foot drive and leasdale rd.
