Rubbish os still there

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3686004.

This ever increasing amount of rubbish is getting worse. It is spreading along the balcony and is encouraging flies due to the rotten food left on the balcony wall . This is a fire hazard with all the card,wood and even an oil drum THIS HAS NOT BEEN FIXED AT ALL
