Litter and overgrown area by bus stop and path

Grassy area by the bus stop is overgrown (for a few months) which means litter is collecting here. Most recently this includes a pair of underpants with faeces (there around a week). Children may use the path that cuts through here to get to the local primary school and it could be a health hazard.
