Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3653105.
Fly tipping continually ignored by the local authority. Rats and other pests seen daily. A growing enviro crime that has been reported to Royal Greenwich and continually ignored by them.

Still not resolved and fly tipping is getting worse in horn link way with a growing number of rats.
This is continually being ignored by the envirocrime team at Royal Greenwich so a group of local residents are making official complaints and escalating this through a number of government bodies.
